Use your go-to digital whiteboarding apps and empower your teams to brainstorm, work on prototypes, and ideate on any shared content.
Featuring the Board Pro G2 wheel-stand model, this all-in-one video collaboration setup features a multi-purpose, adaptable workspace design that provides agility, mobility, and simplicity for small group gatherings in open floor or semi-enclosed environments while taking the guesswork out of installation and ongoing support at scale.
A wide-angle lens and a far-reaching tele-lens work seamlessly together to capture and frame all participants in the space—whether people are standing by the device while interacting with the touch screen or seated further away. Meeting zone helps to define the virtual boundaries of the meeting to avoid framing passers-by.
Powered by a built-in, beamforming mic array and extension with the latest generation IP and alternative microphones, your teams can confidently ensure all voices are heard with clarity.
The wheel-stand model of the all-in-one Board Pro G2 features a fixed height that is optimized for the right camera point of view and ergonomics—either when looking at the device from a distance or interacting with the touch display. The wide horizontal field of view of the camera system allows to capture people standing by the device while also framing people located further from the board.
To avoid capturing and framing passers-by in an open environment, we recommend activating the meeting zone feature on the device to establish the desired virtual perimeters of the space and remove unwanted distraction from video meetings.
Address privacy concerns in an open floor plan environment by using soundproofing partitions, noise-dampening and visual barriers. In addition, we recommend enhancing the audio experience with an acoustically absorbing suspended ceiling panel, porous, acoustical wall panels on adjoining walls, and decorative elements such as wooden batten patterns. To dampen the sound of footsteps and moving chairs, we recommend carpeting on the floor.
The video system features an internal microphone array optimized to capture voices up to 4 meters (13 ft) from the device using beamforming technology. If the space is larger or features suboptimal acoustic conditions, consider extending the pickup range with external Cisco microphones.
This space is built for an adaptable room configuration allowing for ad-hoc brainstorming session, social gatherings, and agile teamwork. The space layout ensures everyone can be seen and heard, while allowing ample space for people to move within the room. Featuring a mobile wheel-stand, the device supports divisible and adaptable room layouts as well as other flexible configurations.
High-quality furniture is essential for a successful meeting experience. For seating, we recommend casual lounge chairs or other agile furniture with fabric finishes to enhance comfort and acoustic quality. The soft seat is lightweight and highly flexible, allowing the space to adapt to all needs. The space can be deployed as an enclosed room, a semi-enclosed collaboration space as well as in the open floor plan.
To ensure meeting participants look their best, they should be lit from the front (fill light), top (key light), and back (backlight). For optimal visibility, eye contact, subject highlighting, and scene depth, use glare-free luminaries with a beam angle of 90°or wider to evenly distribute light throughout the room.
We recommend using a light intensity of 400-500 lux, measured vertically, to clearly capture facial features, and 700-900 lux for optimal brightness on horizontal work surfaces. Room lighting should be even, and a light color temperature of 4000 K is generally suitable for most scenarios. For accurate color representation of skin tones and interiors, use a color rendering index (CRI) of 85 or better.
With floor and wall mount options, a 55” integrated touch screen, casual soft furniture, and ample space around the device, in-room participants can ideate seamlessly.
With an unobtrusive wall mount, a 75” integrated touch screen, a horizontal table, and ample space around the device, in-room participants can ideate seamlessly.
The horizontal table shape helps everyone be seen and heard while the dimensions of the space allows people to move around and interact with the 75” video device.
Either deployed in an enclosed or open space, this room features a larger footprint and mixed seating types and postures, encouraging teams to ideate and co-create.
